KRidge Construction started as a home remodeling business in 1990 in South Jersey, founded by Kurt Schwiedop. In the decades since, KRidge has completed millions of dollars in home remodels and renovations with a 100% customer satisfaction rate.

KRidge doesn't purchase lots or build speculative homes. We'd rather prioritize financial stability and client-focused decisions than carry inventory, which keeps our attention on the project in front of us instead of the next one on a lot.
About Kurt Schwiedop
Raised in a family of builders, Kurt Schwiedop learned the construction trade at a young age by following in the footsteps of his father and stepfather. He later carried that strong work ethic into military service as a United States Navy veteran, developing a disciplined, quality-first approach to craftsmanship. With over three decades of hands-on experience, Kurt has built his business on a foundation of integrity, precision, and reliable service.
Beyond the job site, Kurt is a proud father of five deeply dedicated to giving back to his community. He serves as the Public Policy Council Representative for GCAP and early childhood development, actively advocating for local families and supporting local charitable initiatives. For Kurt, building extends far beyond physical structures—it is about creating strong, lasting foundations for the neighborhood and the people who call it home.
